Job summary

Zappos is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to optimize marketplace operations and catalog management on Amazon. You will own seller account health, streamline fulfillment, and drive data-driven improvements across teams.

You will partner with fulfillment, content, merchandising, and technical teams to implement automation and ensure high-quality product data and listings, while maintaining premium catalog standards on Amazon Marketplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the Zappos seller account operations on Amazon Marketplace and maintain healthy account health.
• Lead daily marketplace operations, improving fulfillment efficiency and inventory management.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for marketplace operations and catalog management.
