Job summary

Zappos, an Amazon subsidiary, seeks a detail-oriented Program Manager to optimize catalog management and marketplace operations on Amazon. You will own daily operations, drive process improvements, and develop SOPs to sustain high listing quality.

Collaborating with fulfillment, inventory, content, and tech teams, you will implement automation and ensure accurate data across all listings while maintaining premium catalog presentation for customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Zappos marketplace operations and catalog management.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for marketplace operations team.
• Lead troubleshooting and implement sustainable solutions for operational challenges.
• Maintain high-quality product catalog across listings and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with fulfillment, inventory, content and merchandising teams; identify automation opportunities.
