Job summary

Hotel Irvine is seeking a Marketplace Supervisor to support management and staff in delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role requires strong leadership, on-floor attention to detail, and active involvement in stocking, displays, labor management, scheduling, and training.

You will ensure compliance with all rules, cash handling procedures, and hotel services while promoting marketplace marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year previous customer service experience in a supervisory level position.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Knowledge of California Labor Laws; Serve Safe and CA food handler cards required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead all crew members, driving motivation and accountability.
• Assist with staff training and uphold performance standards.
• Maintain on-floor attention to detail in merchandising, displays and guest service.
• Ensure compliance with ABC rules, payroll, and scheduling procedures.
• Oversee deliveries, inventory, and daily operations to support hotel services.
