Qualifications

• 15+ years in senior leadership retail/shopping center roles, luxury focus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid California driver’s license and regular vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for The Market Place, drive strategic direction and guest experience.
• Develop plans to grow, optimize tenant mix and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with leasing, marketing, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, security, and emergency readiness; uphold high service standards.
• Oversee budget and profitability; support income-generating programs.
• Drive cross-department collaboration and leadership of a diverse team.
• Coordinate seamless operations between retail and residential areas.
