Hotel Irvine is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs and high levels of guest satisfaction across all touchpoints. You will oversee the welcoming process, manage reservations and payments, and coordinate with other departments to resolve guest requests promptly.
The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and leadership abilities, with experience supervising front desk staff and delivering consistent guest experiences in a hotel setting.
The Front OfficeSupervisor is responsible for the smooth operation of check-ins and checkouts, guest services, guest satisfaction and resolving any issues that arise. The Front Office Supervisor is expected to be knowledgeable and capable of performance all guest services tasks.
The Front Office Supervisor must be able to oversee the welcoming process of the guests. The Front OfficeSupervisoralso performs or delegates tasks such as making or changing a reservation, collecting guest payments, issuing room keys and contacting various departments to assist in resolving guest issues or requests. The Front Office Supervisor must be knowledgeable about hotel operation and standards as well as having excellent verbal and written communication skills. The Front Office Supervisor must be multi task oriented, be a self-starter, be able to work well with others. The Front Office Supervisor is required to work with all hotel departments, as well as hotel guests.
