Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in a restaurant or front desk within a 4-5 star hotel, with strong English communication and a team-oriented mindset. This on-site role is part of our guest services team in Irvine.

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an elegantly appointed environment, with superior staff, dedicated to an attentive, distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
• Direct lounge staff in the manager’s absence
• Maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests.
• Ensure the lounge dining room operates smoothly.
• Coordinate guests’ personalized itineraries based on need.
• Promote teamwork and handle guest concerns.
