Job summary

Aosom, based in Huntington Beach, CA, seeks a B2B eCommerce & Sales Manager to drive revenue by expanding wholesale partnerships, distributors, and digital commerce across the U.S. You will lead cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to optimize digital channels and build strategic B2B relationships.

The role requires strong business development, account management, and data-driven sales strategy with experience in B2B eCommerce platforms and logistics services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales, wholesale eCommerce, or digital commerce.
• Proven success in developing new business and growing strategic accounts.
• Experience managing B2B eCommerce platforms, dealer portals, or wholesale ordering systems.
• Experience selling consumer products, logistics services, or supply chain solutions preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B eCommerce strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition goals.
• Grow sales through wholesale portals, distributor websites, dealer programs, and B2B marketplaces.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and onboarding.
• Identify and close opportunities for 3PL, fulfillment, and warehousing services.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance to deliver customer experience.
