Responsibilities

• Monitor marketplace health and performance metrics to ensure high seller ratings.
• Utilize Excel to track inventory, analyze sales data, and generate performance reports.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate product availability.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to marketplace orders and returns.
