Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on marketplace management experience.
• Proven ownership of revenue, advertising budgets, and profitable growth across complex catalogs.
• Experience resolving listing suppression, pricing issues, and Buy Box/Featured Offer challenges.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, financial, catalog, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart with responsibility for sales and channel health.
• Develop and execute growth plans with revenue and margin objectives.
• Monitor sales by marketplace and product; diagnose underperformance and implement corrective actions.
• Manage marketplace advertising programs, budgets, and agency performance.
• Ensure listing/catalog health with accurate, channel-compliant content in collaboration with Product Data.
