Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building, launching, or scaling marketing capabilities.
• Experience incubating new capabilities and managing agency/partner ecosystems.
• Comfortable with AI and marketing technology to accelerate experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Launch and scale marketing capabilities end-to-end, from pilot to steady-state.
• Own agency and partner operating models, scorecards, and governance across multiple relationships.
• Lead RFIs/RFPs, onboarding, and vendor negotiations to ensure aligned capability needs.
