GEICO Marketing is expanding to build new capabilities and adapt to AI-driven work. This role organizes, project-manages, and drives key programs to support growth and culture across the team.

You will sit with the Marketing Transformation change portfolio, helping leaders guide their teams through change, develop onboarding and mentoring programs, and ensure a strong associate and candidate experience in a hybrid environment.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing or organizational change/transformation.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale internal events or communications such as All Hands, Town Halls, or culture campaigns.
• Working comfort with AI tools (Claude, Copilot) for research, drafting, and data synthesis.
• Comfort operating cross-functionally without direct authority, influencing People Group, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing Leadership toward a shared plan.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and drive key programs to support GEICO Marketing's growth and culture.
• Partner with leadership to define and manage the change portfolio with practical tools.
• Develop onboarding, mentorship, and sponsorship programs for marketing staff.
• Support and drive talent development initiatives and culture-building activities.
