Job summary

Somfy is seeking a hands-on Marketing Technology Manager to support the digital infrastructure behind our North American marketing efforts. You will develop and maintain websites, automations, integrations, and systems that enable effective digital marketing and reliable data flow across platforms.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in Marketing Technology, with hands-on HTML/CSS/JS, Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud, and CMS experience (WordPress/Liferay).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IS, CS, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in Marketing Technology or related roles.
• 5+ years with HTML, CSS, JavaScript in production webpages.
• 2+ years with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on CMS and integrations experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites, automations, and integrations for NA marketing.
• Support data flow across platforms and reliable data for campaigns.
• Manage marketing tech stack including WordPress, Liferay, HubSpot/GoHighLevel.
• Build automated journeys and lead management workflows in CRM platforms.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Global Digital teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Media, Business, or related field

5–8+ years in Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing Systems, or related

2+ years in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

CMS platforms such as WordPress and/or Liferay

Experience with Zapier and automation/workflows

Experience with APIs and webhooks; Postman

Relational databases experience
