Job summary

Somfy is seeking a hands-on Marketing Technology Manager to support the digital infrastructure behind our North American marketing efforts. You will work with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Global Digital teams to develop and maintain websites, automations, integrations, and data flows across platforms.

The role requires expertise in CMS platforms, marketing automation, and CRM integrations, with opportunities to optimize customer journeys, ABM data, and cross-system workflows.

Qualifications

5-8+ years in Marketing Technology or related roles.
2+ years with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Liferay.

Responsibilities

Maintain Somfy North American websites across WordPress, Liferay, and other CMS environments.
Develop and manage landing pages, lead forms, and tracking parameters.
Implement SEO, schema markup, and performance optimization for web components.
Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud and GoHighLevel journeys and lifecycle communications.
Design and maintain automated workflows with Zapier and other integrations.
