Job summary
LG Electronics is seeking a highly technical Senior Manager of Marketing Systems & Web Operations to lead our multi-channel B2B marketing tech, data, and web platforms. This hybrid leadership role focuses on running and optimizing Eloqua, Salesforce CRM, and related tools to accelerate pipeline velocity and reduce integration friction.
You will own system governance, data ingestion, and campaign deployment, shaping ABM, channel strategy, and revenue measurement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a highly technical B2B marketing operations, RevOps, or web systems admin.
- Hands-on admin-level experience managing Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce CRM with integration deployments.
- Strong data orchestration, lifecycle management, and pipeline measurement capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Architect and run a resilient marketing tech ecosystem to accelerate pipeline velocity.
- Own data synchronization between Eloqua and Salesforce CRM, ensuring data quality and stability.
- Define SOPs, data dictionaries, and cross-training to eliminate single points of failure.
