LG Electronics USA is seeking a highly technical Senior Manager of Marketing Systems & Web Operations to architect and optimize our marketing tech stack for a multi-channel B2B model. This hybrid leadership role focuses on reliability, automation, and seamless data flows across Eloqua, Salesforce, GoDaddy, Typeform, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical B2B Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Web Systems Administration.
• Hands-on administrator experience with Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce CRM.
• Explicit expertise deploying Eloqua-Salesforce Integration App, matching logic, and custom routing workflows.
• Experience solving business challenges using marketing technology across data enrichment, orchestration, lead/account lifecycle, and pipeline measurement.
• Strong understanding of ABM, demand generation, and channel-sourced demand.

Responsibilities

• Technical Administration: manage core marketing automation and CRM infrastructure, data synchronization, field mapping, and execution canvases.
• Ecosystem Governance: oversee data pipelines connecting adjacent commercial tools into the core database.
• Operational Resiliency: create architecture diagrams, SOPs, data dictionaries, and cross-training to avoid single points of failure.
