Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Technology Administrator to join our Information Technology team in the United States. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and related marketing technologies, driving incident management, configuration, and deployment across environments.

You will configure Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related tools, maintain security, and partner with security, architecture, and business teams to ensure

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or Marketing systems is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, Dataverse, and related marketing technologies, collaborating across functions to support business needs.
• Manage incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancement tickets from intake through resolution with SLAs and clear communication.
• Configure and support Dataverse and model-driven applications including tables, forms, views, dashboards, and security.
• Maintain role-based security configurations, including business units, security roles, and data privacy requirements.
• Support application lifecycle management, including deployments across development to production environments.
• Develop test scenarios and participate in system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Monitor platform health, API usage, and Microsoft service updates; coordinate remediation as needed.
• Assess release-wave changes and support impact analysis, testing, and adoption planning.
• Support integration with enterprise apps using Dataverse APIs, connectors, Azure services, and middleware.
• Maintain data quality through validation, migration support, duplication management, and auditing.
