Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Administrator to join our Information Technology team in Indianapolis. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 Sales and related marketing tech, driving improvements, troubleshooting, and user adoption across the business.

You will manage incidents, perform fit-gap analyses, configure Dataverse, and ensure secure, scalable solutions. Strong collaboration with security, architecture, and business teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM or Marketing systems is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 Sales and Dataverse, collaborating across functions.
• Manage incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancements from intake to resolution.
• Configure and support Dataverse and model-driven apps including forms, views, dashboards, and flows.
• Monitor platform health, API usage, and performance; coordinate remediation as needed.
