Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) invites an experienced Senior Marketing Technology Administrator to join the Information Technology team in shaping marketing systems and CRM enhancements. You will lead configuration, troubleshooting, and adoption of Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and related tools to support business needs.

As a subject matter expert, you will coordinate with developers and stakeholders, manage incidents through resolution, and ensure data quality, security, and release readiness

Qualifications

Advanced experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse, and model-driven apps.
Hands-on knowledge of tables, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
Proficiency with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for Dynamics 365 Sales and related marketing technologies.
Manage incidents, requests, defects, and enhancements with SLAs.
Configure Dataverse, model-driven apps, and security configurations.
