Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in large organizations.
• 5+ years in Marketing Technology and Retail IT domains.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory practices.
• Strong people leadership with experience managing a team.
• Experience in vendor/SI management and large-scale programs.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a cross-functional marketing technology delivery team (PMs, tech leads, architects, analysts).
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Experience, and IT to plan, develop, implement and support Marketing IT solutions.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and reporting; ensure on-time, high-quality delivery within budget.
• Drive governance with metrics and reporting for program execution.
• Manage vendor relationships, RFPs, contracts, and ongoing performance reviews.
• Lead solution design with focus on quality, security and customer privacy.
• Ensure SDLC processes and compliance with security and privacy requirements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI/GenAI pilots for marketing and drive adoption.
• Mentor and develop direct reports; set goals and conduct reviews.
