Job summary

• Strong leadership and ability to manage corporate and field resources.
• Advanced computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint—mastery required.

Responsibilities

• Research industry best practices, competitor practices, and technology opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce labor spend, and improve customer wait times.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and assess impact to payroll, shrink and sales.
• Develop KPIs, feedback questions, and cost/benefit analyses; lead cross-functional teams to results.
• Prepare and present fact-based presentations to executive audiences; gain credibility for recommendations.
• Coordinate and oversee CERs and benefits; partner with Finance to track cash flows for budgeting.
