Job summary

SWBC is seeking a strategic leader to own and optimize our marketing technology ecosystem, including the corporate website, CRM platform, and related digital marketing tools. You will ensure governance, security, compliance, and scalable architecture to support growth while enabling marketing teams to execute campaigns efficiently in a regulated environment.

You will partner with Marketing and Technology leaders to translate business goals into practical technical solutions, drive governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, marketing, or data analytics.
• Minimum five years in marketing technology enablement or IT.
• Experience administering CRM ecosystems (Salesforce preferred) and CMS.
• Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance.
• Ability to map requirements to technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own digital marketing platforms, including CRM and CMS environments.
• Establish and enforce platform governance, security, and compliance.
• Protect data integrity, security, and platform performance.
• Lead liaison between Marketing and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable, scalable solutions.
• Drive platform initiatives from discovery through launch.
