WaferWire Cloud Technologies is seeking a Lead Developer to join the Customer Engagement & Marketing Technology organization. You will architect and deliver scalable, secure systems powering CRM, IVR, and marketing lifecycle tools, leading a team of engineers and serving as the technical authority across data-driven platforms.

The role spans end-to-end SDLC, integrations with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, and other analytics vendors, plus driving observability, testing, and

Competenze

• 7+ years in software development with CRM/IVR focus and 2+ years in leadership.
• Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Hands-on with marketing automation platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Experience with AWS or Azure, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of analytics and attribution tools; strong security posture.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end SDLC for CRM/IVR and marketing platform services.
• Architect scalable CRM solutions on Salesforce or Dynamics 365 and integrate marketing tools.
• Design backend services and APIs for CES operations and campaigns.
