Why you'll love this role

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the organization's marketing technology ecosystem while working at the intersection of strategy, technology, analytics, and digital innovation. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to marketing leaders and business stakeholders, leading high-impact initiatives that enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth. The role offers a balance of hands-on platform ownership and strategic planning, empowering you to influence governance standards, improve processes, and enable scalable marketing execution across the organization.

Essential duties include the following
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary owner of digital marketing platforms, including CRM and CMS environments.
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce platform governance, security standards, compliance requirements, and operational guardrails.
  • Protect the integrity, security, and performance of the organization's digital infrastructure.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and technical teams.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable, secure, and scalable technical solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts in business-friendly language to stakeholders.
  • Lead digital initiatives, platform enhancements, CRM projects, and website updates from discovery through UAT and launch.
  • Manage implementation timelines, stakeholder alignment, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Design and maintain structured workflows and intake processes.
  • Establish standards that enable marketing teams to execute campaigns efficiently and securely.
  • Evaluate requests and manage scope to reduce risk and prevent platform vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure digital platforms are architected to effectively capture, route, and protect data required for campaign analytics and revenue reporting.
  • Partner with department leadership to align platform capabilities with business objectives and long-term digital strategy.
  • Triage recommendations on platform improvements, governance practices, and operational efficiencies.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing technology enablement, information technology, system administration, platform management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience administering enterprise digital platforms, including CRM ecosystems (Salesforce preferred) and Content Management Systems.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, platform governance, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience mapping user journeys, business processes, and data flows to support organizational objectives.
  • Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints while maintaining system integrity.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
