Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Strategic Consultant to align IT/data capabilities with marketing objectives, enabling data-driven experiences and optimized dealer strategies. You will bridge architecture, data engineering, and business teams to govern requirements and deliver measurable value.

Responsibility includes making data consumable, leveraging GA4 for improved user experiences, and driving AI-powered marketing initiatives while guiding dealer marketing spend and adoption of new tools.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Digital Marketing, Analytics, eCommerce, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• GA4 proficiency with data-driven marketing insights.
• Hands-on experience with GCP BigQuery and Snowflake data lakes.
• Strong MarTech understanding and technical documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Make Data Consumable: structure and enable DIW/DBM data for visuals and reporting.
• Drive GA4 data usage to improve UX, conversions, and platform health.
• Leverage GA4 with AI to model audiences and optimize campaigns.
• Guide dealers on using data to maximize ROI on digital campaigns.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover data-driven opportunities.
• Translate business needs into Epics, Features, and Support cases.
• Drive adoption and change management for DIW/DBM tools.
• Refine data intake processes to align with business priorities.
• Educate partners on the strategic value of Google Analytics data.
