Caterpillar is seeking a Marketing Technology & Data Consultant to drive adoption of Google Marketing Platform. You will bridge business goals with GMP capabilities, steward end-to-end deployment of Google Analytics, and ensure data quality across sites and apps.

You will collaborate with partners, dealers, and engineering to deliver measurable business value. You will translate complex requirements into actionable GMP epics, manage governance, and train stakeholders to leverage data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• GA4 Google Analytics certification preferred, with experience implementing GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Foundational understanding of the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and interest in learning data validation skills.
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hightouch (Reverse ETL), or tag management tools is beneficial.
• Comfort with data and analytics tools such as BigQuery, Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Consultation & Requirement Gathering.
• Translate GMP capabilities to marketing objectives for partners and sites.
• Create Epics, Features, and Support Cases for GMP engineering teams.
• Oversee deployment and integration of the Google Analytics Suite.
• Coordinate end-to-end deployment between digital products, data owners, and analytics teams.
• Lead training sessions to empower dealers and partners with data-driven insights.
