Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Marketing Technology & Data Consultant in Irving, TX to lead GMP and GA4 initiatives, translating marketing goals into analytics requirements and overseeing the end-to-end deployment of data platforms for the Cat Rental Store websites and apps.

You will collaborate with business partners, dealers, and the analytics team to ensure accurate data flows, robust dashboards, and actionable insights that drive enterprise growth and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Analytics or a related field or equivalent working experience.
• GA4 Google Analytics certification preferred, with experience in implementing GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Foundational understanding of the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and interest in learning data validation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Consultation & Requirement Gathering: Translate business objectives into GMP requirements for engineering teams.
• Deployment & Integration Oversight: Manage end-to-end deployment of the Google Analytics Suite and integrate ad pixels/tags.
• Project Management & Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate intake processes and handoffs to architecture, engineering, and development teams.
• Communication & Training: Lead meetings and training sessions for dealers and partners to use data-driven insights.
• Innovation & Problem Solving: Improve processes and governance to ensure data quality and roadmap.
