Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Google Analytics Marketing Technology & Data Consultant to lead GMP implementation for Caterpillar's digital platforms. You will bridge business objectives with GMP capabilities, coordinating between business partners, dealers and the engineering team to deliver measurable growth.

Based in Irving, TX, you will manage end-to-end deployment, governance, and data quality while training stakeholders to leverage insights for marketing optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
• GA4 certification preferred; experience with GA4 and GTM.
• Familiarity with GMP and data validation concepts.
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hightouch or tag management tools.
• Comfort with data, analytics and BI tools such as BigQuery, Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Strategic consultation and requirement gathering for GMP deployment.
• Translate business needs into GMP engineering requirements and epics.
• Oversee deployment and integration of the Google Analytics Suite.
• Coordinate end-to-end deployment with data owners and analytics teams.
• Integrate ads pixels and third-party tags for accurate data flows.
