Job summary
Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Strategic Consultant to bridge Digital Behavior & Marketing Data Lake (DIW/DBM) with Rental and dealer partners. You will align IT/data capabilities with business and marketing goals to drive enterprise growth.
In this role you will make sophisticated data sets highly consumable for analytics teams and site owners, translating insights into high-performing digital experiences and optimized dealer marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Analytics, eCommerce, or related field.
- GA4 qualification and proven use of GA4 for marketing insights.
- Hands-on GCP (BigQuery) and data lake integration experience.
- Deep understanding of MarTech and digital marketing stacks.
Responsibilities
- Make data consumable for analytics teams and site owners.
- Leverage GA4 data to improve UX, conversions, and platform health.
- Apply AI capabilities to marketing, predictive audience modeling, and campaigns.
- Guide dealers on DIW/DBM data to maximize ROI on digital campaigns.
- Translate business needs into Epics, Features, and Support Cases.
- Drive adoption and governance of data tools across teams.
- Educate partners on the strategic value of GA data.
