Job summary

Caterpillar Brazil is looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst to lead data requirements discovery, translate business objectives into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and own the backlog for data capabilities.

You will partner with architecture, engineering, and analytics teams to prioritize work, develop roadmaps, enable audience development and measurement, drive UAT, governance, adoption, and ensure data assets are accurate and accessible.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Marketing Technology, Data Products, Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business expectations into Epics, Features, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery with stakeholders and translate needs into Epics, Features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Own and manage the product backlog for data requirements and capabilities.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps balancing strategy, demand, and dependencies.
• Coordinate UAT and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, and analytics teams to prioritize work and align delivery plans.
• Drive adoption of new data capabilities and enablement across teams.
