Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a data and marketing business analyst/product owner to lead the data workstream for dealer marketing services.

The role interfaces with marketing, analytics, data, architecture, and engineering to identify needs, define requirements, prioritize work, and ensure delivery of high-value data solutions across audiences and campaigns. The successful candidate will connect dealer, customer, and enterprise data to support audience creation, personalization, and performance

Qualifications

Experience gathering requirements and translating into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across teams in agile environments.
Ability to define structured requirements and partner with technical teams.
Experience supporting enterprise marketing data capabilities and data governance.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements discovery with stakeholders to understand data needs.
Translate objectives into Epics, Features, User Stories and acceptance criteria.
Own and manage the product backlog for data requirements and capabilities.
Prioritize work with architecture, engineering, and analytics teams.
Develop roadmaps balancing strategic initiatives and dependencies.
Support audience development, segmentation, personalization, and measurement.
Coordinate UAT and validate solutions against business needs.
Identify dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations across the program.
Drive adoption of new capabilities via training and enablement.
