Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct project management experience with software engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Experience managing product backlogs using Agile tools such as Azure DevOps.
• PMP certification and/or CSM are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management oversight ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Own and prioritize the Product Backlog with the Scrum Team and stakeholders.
• Communicate backlog priorities and decisions to the team; act as key decision-maker on features.
• Lead vision for what is built and ensure alignment with business value.
