Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Three years of InterAction experience and one year of eMarketing experience (Vuture preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, with advanced Excel preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate daily contact updates in the Data Change Management Inbox.
• Maintain accurate data for top clients and personnel by building subsidiary company trees and researching new contacts.
• Process employee hires and departures in the CRM system.
• Develop data hygiene schedules, duplicate cleansing, and standardize country fields.
• Create and manage Marketing and Working List folders.
• Provide training support to Legal Support Assistants, Lawyers, Marketers, and Business Developers.
• Build complex searches to generate targeted contact lists and manage imports/exports.
• Develop and format Business Development reports upon request.
• Extract, analyze, and report CRM and email marketing data to generate insights.
• Manage unsubscribe requests in compliance with privacy policy.
• Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations.
• Maintain integrity of critical contact lists to improve event communications.
