Job summary

Sonar’s Marketing Tooling & AI Operations Manager owns the full marketing platform stack, including GA, Semrush, Profound, and Qualified. You’ll translate business needs into tool configurations, drive adoption, and partner with IT and RevOps to maximize impact.

You will collaborate with marketing, demand generation, content, web, and RevOps to align the stack with Sonar’s go-to-market motion and ensure value from everyday use.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations, marketing tech, or revenue operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing technology stack for Sonar’s marketing platforms (GA, Semrush, Profound, Qualified, etc.).
• Define and govern tooling requirements, configurations, and integrations with IT/RevOps.
• Drive platform adoption with onboarding workflows and training materials for marketing teams.
• Capture and communicate ROI, tool utilization, and impact to leadership and teams.
• Evaluate and evolve the stack, identifying gaps, redundancies, and new tooling opportunities.
• Manage tool integrations to ensure clean data flows across marketing, CRM, and analytics.
