Job summary

Sonar, a leader in AI code review and verification, seeks a Marketing AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows for the marketing function. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and deliver reliable automations that scale content production, campaigns, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketing ops or automation, strong knowledge of CRM and analytics, and hands-on experience with no-code platforms and AI agent

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or closely related role.
• Deep knowledge of marketing processes and tools including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and content workflows.
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n) and scripting (Python/JS).
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, Claude Agent SDK) or ability to ramp quickly.
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs and marketing data structures (Salesforce, HubSpot, GA, Marketo).
• Strong analytical skills and reporting for deployed automations.
• Clear communicator able to explain automations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities with marketing teams to reduce manual work and errors.
• Design and build AI agents and workflows for content production, campaign ops, reporting, and personalization at scale.
• Own lifecycle of deployed automations from release to monitoring and iteration.
• Produce dashboards and summaries tracking time saved, error rates, throughput and impact.
• Evaluate new AI models and tooling to guide adoption in marketing.
• Collaborate with Marketing Tooling & AI Operations to ensure reliable integration and adoption.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, and auditability across workflows.
• Document deployments and train marketing teams on usage.
