Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Marketing Specialist AE to evangelize marketing platform solutions for nonprofit prospects, driving personalized journeys across channels. You will own the Salesforce Marketing technology stack sales, from lead generation to close, as part of an Account Team or as an individual contributor.

The role focuses on nonprofit clients, requires experience selling marketing tech, and a proven track record of quota attainment in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience selling Digital Marketing solutions and Salesforce Marketing Stack.
• Prior success selling to executives (C-suite) and managing complex deals.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert for nonprofit use of Salesforce Marketing solutions.
• Empower the broader Account team with Salesforce Marketing technology knowledge.
• Identify target accounts with Account and Territory teams.
• Generate and drive revenue within assigned region and named accounts.
• Lead generation, deal strategy, pricing, packaging, and deal closure assistance.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Drive brand awareness and lead generation through networking and events.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasts.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
