Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an In-House Marketing Manager Assistant to help oversee daily operations of the In-House Marketing Team and support interviewing, hiring, supervision, training, and performance management of associates.

The role involves supervising staff, generating daily/weekly reports, coordinating tour seats and marketing programs, and handling procurement of marketing materials. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years marketing experience required, preferably in hospitality or vacation ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach, counsel and motivate direct reports.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with marketing databases.
• Knowledge of customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of In-House Marketing staff; interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate, reward, and provide disciplinary action when necessary.
• Maintain total site marketing penetration standards; run daily reports; prepare daily/weekly status reports for corporate deadlines.
• Coordinate with In-House and Front Line sales management regarding tour seats and policy changes in marketing programs.
• Maintain invitations and daily tour manifests; resolve tour status issues; order and manage departmental supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
