Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an In-House Marketing Manager to oversee daily operations of the In-House Marketing Team.

You will assist in interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, development, and performance management of associates. Responsibilities include directing staff, maintaining marketing penetration standards, generating daily/weekly reports, coordinating with sales on tour seats and marketing programs, and managing invitations and tour manifests.

Qualifications

• Two years marketing experience required, primarily in vacation ownership industry.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of In-House Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate, reward, and provide disciplinary action when necessary (termination and conflict resolution).
• Maintain total site marketing penetration standards set by management. Run daily reports (Daily Arrival Report, Daily In-House Report, Owner Arrival report) and prepare daily/weekly status reports for corporate deadlines.
• Coordinate with In-House and Front Line sales management regarding tour seats and marketing programs.
• Maintain copies of invitations and daily tour manifests; resolve tour status issues; order and maintain departmental supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
