Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an In-House Marketing Manager Assistant to oversee the daily operations and productivity of the In-House Marketing Team, including interviewing, hiring, supervision, training, and performance management of associates.

This role supports collaboration with sales, maintains key marketing reports, coordinates tour flow, and ensures program policy adherence. It also handles manual tasks like manifest maintenance and supply orders as needed, contributing to overall

Formación

• Two years of marketing experience, preferably in vacation ownership.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of marketing databases.

Responsabilidades

• Direct supervision of In-House Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate, reward, and provide disciplinary action when necessary (termination and conflict resolution).
• Maintain total site marketing penetration standards; run daily reports; prepare status reports for corporate deadlines.
• Coordinate with In-House and Front Line sales management regarding tour seats and marketing programs.
• Maintain invitations and tour manifests; resolve tour status issues; order and maintain supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
