Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an In-House Marketing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the In-House Marketing Team. You will interview, hire, train, and coach associates, and administer performance management within a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain site marketing penetration standards, generate daily and weekly reports, and collaborate with sales on tour flow and marketing program changes. A strong emphasis on accuracy and professionalism is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; maintain professionalism.
• Experience coaching, supervising, and developing associates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of In-House Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate, reward, and provide disciplinary action when necessary.
• Maintain site marketing penetration standards; run daily reports (Daily Arrival Report, Daily In-House Report, Owner Arrival report) and deliver status reports.
• Coordinate with In-House and Front Line sales management on tour seats, schedule, and policy changes.
• Maintain invitations and tour manifests; resolve tour status issues, bookings, and coding; order and maintain departmental supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
