Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an In-House Marketing Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the In-House Marketing Team and assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.

You will help ensure productivity and professional conduct across the team while supporting marketing initiatives and program changes. Responsibilities include staff supervision, reporting on penetration and show factors, and coordinating with sales on tour seats and marketing changes, plus handling

Qualifications

• Two years of marketing experience required, preferably in vacation ownership.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of In-House Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate, reward, and provide disciplinary action when necessary.
• Maintain site marketing penetration standards; run daily/weekly reports and prepare status reports for deadlines.
• Coordinate with In-House and Front Line sales management regarding tour seats and marketing programs.
• Maintain invitations and tour manifests; resolve tour status issues; order and maintain supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
