Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an In-House Marketing Supervisor to oversee daily operations and productivity of the In-House Marketing Team. You will participate in interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, and performance management of associates.

Responsibilities include directing staff, maintaining marketing penetration standards, reporting, and coordinating with sales on tour flow and program changes. This role supports a fast-paced marketing environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Two years of marketing experience required, preferably in vacation ownership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to coach and develop staff.
• Knowledge of marketing databases and company systems (Mainframe, Focus, CRS).

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of In-House Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain site marketing penetration standards; run daily/weekly reports and prepare status updates for corporate deadlines.
• Coordinate with In-House and Front Line sales management on tour seats and marketing programs.
• Maintain tour manifests and references; resolve status issues; order and manage departmental supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
