Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an In-House Marketing Manager to oversee the daily operations and productivity of the In-House Marketing Team.

You will assist in interviewing, hiring, supervision, training, development, and behavior/performance management of associates. Responsibilities include directing the in-house marketing staff, preparing daily/weekly reports, coordinating with sales on tour flow, maintaining marketing standards, and supporting tour and program changes in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach, counsel and motivate direct reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism.
• Ability to multi-task and negotiate effectively.
• Knowledge of marketing databases.
• Experience recruiting, training and developing employees.
• Ability to lead by example and maintain accuracy.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of In-House Marketing staff: interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews; motivate and discipline as needed.
• Prepare daily and weekly status reports, show factors and penetration rates for corporate deadlines.
• Coordinate with In-House and Front Line sales management regarding tour seats and marketing programs.
• Maintain tour manifests and processing of invitations; manage supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
