Job summary

Aeris is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Strategy, Operations & Analytics to be the CMO's strategic partner and the operational backbone of global marketing. You will design the operating system that drives speed, accountability, and measurable outcomes across markets.

You will own the marketing analytics engine, MarTech stack, planning discipline, and cross-functional relationships to connect marketing to revenue.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in marketing operations, analytics, and strategy within high-growth SaaS/tech companies.
• Deep expertise in marketing analytics, funnel optimization, and demand generation performance measurement.
• Hands-on experience with MarTech stacks, including CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Strong financial acumen and ownership of budgets, forecasts, headcount planning, and investment tradeoffs.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Aeris's global marketing operations function, ensuring seamless execution of GTM strategies across markets.
• Architect and manage dynamic lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion models, optimizing funnel efficiency and alignment with sales.
• Lead a data-driven marketing function with predictive analytics and real-time attribution modeling to optimize demand and pipeline.
• Champion marketing automation and MarTech stack optimization for campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
