This role owns forecasting, performance reporting, territory and quota planning, and master data governance to enable scalable field execution. The position emphasizes analytical leadership, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration across clinical, payer, and sales teams to drive

Qualifications

• Lead Commercial Operations and Customer Success functions.
• Develop forecasting, dashboards, and field analytics.
• Own Salesforce and other commercial technologies.
• Partner with Sales Leadership on territory and quota planning.
• Drive payer analytics and market access tools.
• Ensure data governance and reporting scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Market Access, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain sales effectiveness tools and reporting, including Business Reviews and dashboards.
• Coordinate territory management, field deployment planning, quota setting, and expansion analytics.
• Oversee commercial analytics, data models, and reporting infrastructure.
• Support incentive compensation design and administration.
