Credera is seeking a Marketing Solutions Intern to work with experienced consultants on marketing and customer experience challenges through strategy, data, technology, and creativity.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Psychology, Economics, Analytics, MIS, or a related field.
• Leadership experience through student organizations, coursework, work experience, athletics, or community involvement.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze information and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate to a Credera office location for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on customer, market, and business challenges.
• Support the development of marketing, customer experience, and growth strategies.
• Gather and synthesize insights from data, customer feedback, and stakeholder discussions.
• Develop presentations, recommendations, and client-facing deliverables.
• Assist with campaign planning, customer journey design, and audience segmentation efforts.
• Support workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions with project teams and stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, digital trends, and AI-enabled marketing capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Learning from experienced consultants and incorporating feedback into your work.
