Job summary

The Villages is seeking an onsite Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the Sales Leadership team and property reps. You will help highlight the lifestyle, build relationships, and differentiate the brand while delivering strong customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include planning events, developing advertising collateral, supporting digital marketing efforts, managing inventory, and handling administrative tasks. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or two years of related experience required.
• Real estate knowledge a plus and familiarity with market trends.
• Understanding of processing systems, marketing strategies and tools.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Event support and coordination for sales reps, venues, vendors, and logistics.
• Advertising and collateral support with templates and distribution.
• Digital marketing support: newsletters, emails, and social media; data reporting.
• Inventory management for marketing materials.
• Administration, billing and reporting; track usage and charges.
• All other duties as assigned.
