Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to lead end-to-end marketing events, plans, and renewals across housing communities. You will manage vendor relations, agendas, speakers, and driver channels to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, PR, Graphic Design or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of event planning principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform marketing and promotional activities to reach revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet prospective residents and conduct tours of the community.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Coordinate marketing channels and events to maximize attendance and leasing.
• Use on-site property management software to track traffic and leasing activities.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure show units meet standards.
