Job summary

ActiveProspect, Inc. is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Marketing, to partner with Sales and Marketing leadership.

You will drive data-driven insights across funnel performance, forecast accuracy, and campaign ROI, collaborating with GTM teams to optimize revenue growth. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in revenue/ops roles within high-growth SaaS, with strong skills in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops in high-growth SaaS/tech
• Understanding SaaS financial metrics and renewal economics
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong
• Solid knowledge of B2B sales and marketing processes
• Advanced analytical skills to translate data into insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Travel 5–10% of time

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to analyze funnel performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Deliver insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, campaign performance, and sales productivity
• Support forecasting processes and revenue planning with timely analysis
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to measure ROI on campaigns
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve lead quality and revenue outcomes
• Develop scalable processes and best practices for Sales and Marketing operations
• Drive adoption of systems and tools through training and support
• Serve as trusted advisor to stakeholders for data-driven decisions
