Job summary

Goodfellow Bros. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our pursuit team, supporting proposals, qualifications, and marketing materials across multiple West Coast locations.

You will collaborate with estimators, project managers, engineers, and leadership to ensure accurate, compliant, and visually engaging submissions. The role emphasizes initiative, attention to detail, and strong writing and organizational skills as you help grow our marketing presence and bid success in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, proposals, or BD support.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit project sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support development of qualifications packages, proposals, presentations, interview materials, and other pursuit deliverables.
• Coordinate with operations teams, estimators, engineers, project managers, and leadership to gather information for proposals and marketing materials.
• Draft, edit, proofread, and format proposal content using information from technical SMEs.
• Review RFQs/RFPs for requirements, deadlines, and submission instructions.
• Develop detailed compliance matrices to support complete, accurate submissions.
• Assist with kickoff meetings, action-item tracking, and document coordination throughout the pursuit process.
• Maintain project profiles, resumes, and marketing content databases.
• Develop graphics and visual materials to strengthen pursuit messaging.
• Perform quality-control reviews for accuracy and compliance.
