Job summary

Lochmueller Group is seeking a Marketing Proposal Specialist to own the full proposal lifecycle, from strategy through QA/QC and delivery, supporting transformative infrastructure projects.

You will collaborate with multiple departments and leverage tools like Adobe InDesign and HubSpot to craft compelling materials and win opportunities. This role emphasizes clear communication, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of marketing and/or proposal writing experience; civil engineering industry experience preferred.
• Experience developing proposals for State DOT projects preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, WordPress or related software; familiarity with HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities

• Attend strategy and scoping meetings before RFP release and prepare advanced marketing materials.
• Direct proposal and presentation development for pursuits, including scheduling, material prep, and final production.
• Collaborate with project managers across departments to prepare proposals and presentations.
• Write and edit proposal content and assist with printing, assembly, and QA/QC review.
• Develop marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, and website content.
• Utilize tools like Adobe InDesign, HubSpot CRM, and Kanvit to support proposal development.
• Perform other duties as needed.
